Joseph Asiedu Amoah
Co-Founder & Global Director · Operations, Global Partnerships & Club Liaison · Mental Health Specialist
AJ — Joseph Asiedu Amoah — is a Mental Health Specialist, international player-welfare professional and sports management executive with a multidisciplinary background spanning healthcare, corporate governance, international business, elite sport, sponsorship and global partnerships.
AJ holds an LLM in Corporate Governance, strengthening his expertise in governance, organisational accountability, strategic decision-making and the structures required to build sustainable organisations.
Today, through AGSM, AJ’s work focuses on international club liaison, global sponsorships, strategic partnerships, player representation, contract negotiations and creating international pathways for athletes.
Beyond the business of sport, AJ has a deep commitment to mental health, player welfare and global health-impact projects. He believes football and sport can be powerful platforms for improving mental-health awareness, supporting communities and creating meaningful health and social impact internationally.
He is particularly committed to fair access for African players — ensuring that geography, background or financial circumstances do not prevent exceptional ability from being seen on the global stage.
AJ is well travelled and values new cultures and relationships across borders. That international outlook is reflected in his vision for AGSM: ability is global, and so should the doors that open for it.
And when it comes to football, AJ’s loyalty is firmly with Arsenal.
